Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription & Payment

• The subscription fee is ₦30,000 per month, payable in advance.
• Minimum subscription period is 3 months.
• Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
• Renewal is automatic each month unless canceled.

2. Setup & Delivery

• Website design and setup commence after the first payment and required content (logo, text, images) are received.
• Delivery time is typically 5–10 business days.
• The domain name and hosting remain active during an active subscription.

3. Ownership

• The website remains the property of the service provider during the subscription period.
• Full ownership (domain, files, and content transfer) can be granted upon payment of a one-time buyout fee (to be agreed upon).

4. Maintenance & Support

• Regular updates, security checks, and basic SEO optimization are included.
• Content edits are limited to 3 minor changes per month. Major redesigns will incur extra charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds are issued for the current billing period once work has started.

6. Domain & Hosting

• Domain registration is included and managed by the service provider.
• If the subscription is terminated, domain ownership can be transferred upon full settlement of any outstanding fees.

7. Liability

• The service provider is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers or external cyberattacks.
